Track & Trace API Reference

The interactive reference below is rendered directly from the OpenAPI document (Track & Trace API, v1.0.1) with Scalar, bundled locally. It is the single source of truth for paths, parameters, request/response schemas and status codes.

The Track & Trace API is a REST surface for building customer-facing track & trace portals: showing a shipment’s address, goods, milestones and scan traces, following the driver’s live route, reading and changing task instructions, and rescheduling a delivery appointment (including the optional payment step for a paid reschedule).

  • Base URL: https://<your-client-name>.mendrix.cloud/WorldLink/TrackAndTrace/v1 (no api. prefix for this API)
  • Auth: an mxtt_traceinfo cookie scoped to a single shipment. There is no bearer token — see Getting started for how the cookie is issued.
